E337: Dealing with Redundancy

Employability and Personal Development

Redundancy, voluntary or compulsory necessitates change, acceptance of a different stage in life, often a creative outlook and planning for effective and realistic next steps. In this seminar, we will explore embracing a positive and healthy redundancy by establishing self-identity, aligning values, reframing expectations into goals, nurturing and expanding resources and brainstorming future possibilities. Tutor-led and discussion focused, personal reflective work is encouraged to prepare and plan effectively for a redundancy situation, currently or potentially.
