D047: Acrylics Portfolio (Fortnightly)

Acrylics

If you have been painting for some time and are confident working independently, this class provides you with studio time and input from the tutor. It also supports you towards developing an independent direction using skills and techniques learned through previous acrylics classes or painting experiences. It's the perfect way to develop a personal style and vision. The class runs on a fortnightly basis to allow you to work at home whilst still receiving tutor input. Please note this class is no longer credit-bearing.

As this is an advanced acrylics class the presumption is that students already have their own materials and you should bring along a selection of brushes, acrylic paints and an acrylic pad to the first class meeting. The tutor will give you further information on the items he recommends for ongoing classes. If you have no materials, then some can be supplied at the first class meeting or you may wish to consult Taking your Acrylics Further 1 materials list. The class dates are: 25 October, 8 November, 22 November, 6 December, 20 December, break then 31 January, 14 February, 28 February, 14 March and 28 March.
