E502: Understanding how Grief and Loss can affect us

This 3-hour experiential course will introduce you to grief and loss. It will invite students to reflect on their own experience of grief and loss, explore the effects of loss and look towards ways we can cope with loss and help others to do so. In this course you will cover different types of loss, theoretical frameworks to help you understand the process of loss and receive information on additional support available.
