This intermediate Italian book group is suitable if you like reading and love the Italian language. If the answer is yes, join this group. Over monthly meetings read and discuss different books. This gives you the opportunity to practise Italian and discuss the work in a relaxed atmosphere. There are discussions, group work and paired exercises. You will have the necessary skills if you have completed 'Italian 2 or 3' or equivalent.

The online sessions will take place monthly on Friday 30 October, 27 November, 18 December, 22 January, 26 February and 19 March. The books are Uno scozzese in Sardegna by Fraser Lauchlan ISBN 9781690762058 (October - prologo + capitoli 1-8, November - capitoli 9 – 16, December - capitoli 17 – 24 and January - capitoli 25 - 32 + epilogo) and Carlo Lucarelli Carta Bianca ISBN 9788806243463 (February/March).  Each book (acquired independently) needs to be read in advance of the online session. Please note all books are available on Amazon and make sure you purchase the listed edition. Students are responsible for buying their own copy of each.
