It's party time! In December we enter the party season and there is no better way to get a party off to a good start than with a glass of Fizz. In this class we will sample six different sparkling wines that you may wish to enjoy over the festive season. We will learn how sparkling wine is made and how the techniques vary from the traditional Champagne method to more cost effective methods. We will also consider which sparklers to pair with different foods, from an aperitif to match canapés through to one that will go with your pudding.

To cover the cost of samples there will be an additional charge of £8-£10 per person per night.
