Health and Wellbeing
In this class, we explore some strong foundations for living our best lives focussing on the key topics of presence, patience, positivity, power, purpose and projects. We understand the importance of making the most of every situation and how to have focus and intention day by day. Group interaction and discussion is encouraged and the class is supported by PowerPoint presentation and online reference material.
These classes are aimed at those aged 50 and over.
