D746: Less siesta and more fiesta!

**NEW for Academic Year 2024-2025**, Spanish

Dive into the Spanish language and culture with our week-long immersion course! A quick and proven way to improve your language skills with lasting benefits. This course is aimed at those who have completed Spanish 4 or level B1-B2 of the Common European Language Framework. The mornings will be filled with 3 hours of revision and relaxed practice of different language topics including past tenses, the subjunctive or the verbs Ser and Estar. Afternoons will be packed with 2 hours of cultural activities and lectures including a flamenco workshop delivered by the talented flamenco bailaora, Isa de Graná! Where possible, only Spanish will be spoken by the tutors and students to maximise practice and improvement of your speaking and listening skills. Perfect sentences are not the aim, but participation and communication are. A truly immersive experience that will leave you amazed at the progress you have made in only 5 days! Please note that morning sessions will include a short break and there will be an hour lunch break before the afternoon activities.  An itinerary will be provided prior to the start date.

Tea and coffee will be supplied.

Morning sessions will run between 10.00-13.00 with an hour lunch break (13.00-14.00), afternoon sessions from 14.00-16.00.  Thursday's lunch break will be slightly longer (13.00-15.00).
