This class is for complete beginners and will provide an introduction to Arabic, one of the great languages of the world. Through class discussion, exercises from the textbook and audio-visual materials, you will learn the letters of the alphabet and their sounds and a little about how the language works. By the end of the class you should be able to communicate effectively in a number of everyday situations commonly encountered on holiday or business trips.
