Health and Safety Risk Management

The University of Strathclyde is now licensed to provide the hugely popular and valuable Managing Safely® course. Delivered over 3 days (weekly sessions), the course is designed for managers or supervisors in any sector and any organisation worldwide. The course will provide candidates with the knowledge, skills and practical actions to help manage the health and safety issues they are responsible for.

The course covers:

  • Assessing risks
  • Controlling risks
  • Understanding responsibilities
  • Understanding hazards
  • Investigating incidents
  • Measuring performance.

At Strathclyde, Managing Safely® is delivered by highly experienced Chartered safety and health practitioners who are able to provide candidates with practical examples.
