Kick-start your week in the company of – and in harmony with – other like-minded people. Building upon the popularity of CLL’s established Morning Choir, this is a rare opportunity to carry on singing during the summer months and engage in an uplifting variety of accessible songs ranging from the Age of Swing and Songs from the Shows to folk and world songs. Practical guidance will be given on preparing the voice for singing, and in gaining a basic understanding of music notation to assist in singing from words/music sheets, and the final Meeting will conclude with an informal performance. This is a unique opportunity to revise the ‘tools of the trade’ of choral singing and, in the process, have lots of fun!
